Ke$ha "Blah Blah Blah" Music Video Sparkle Look

Today's look was based off the sparkly look in Ke$ha's music video for Blah Blah Blah.. now before I start I have to say that I can't stand Ke$ha as a person, but I do like Tik Tok and even this song is kinda growing on me but her as a person just makes my skin crawl a little.. but anyways this look was kinda fun but I didn't make it as messy as she had it in the video.

Here's how I did it:

EYES

• Base- I used MAC Shadestick in Shark Skin all over lid and crease and blend it
• Lid- I used a few different turquoise blue colors from the Claires palette I have, so you can use anything shiny and turquiose really, then I used Ulta shadow in Mosaic and then I used a glitter liner from LA Splash (Shimmering Oceanspray) all over lid, then I took loose glitter from a Claires stackable glitter set and it's like a turquoise blue color and applied that lightly
• Liner- I used NYX Jumbo Pencil in Black Bean on the top and also on the bottom and waterline and bring the line upwards to connect with top
• Highlight- any shimmery white would do
• Mascara- Pulse Perfection

Inspiration: Butterfly

The inspiration for today is this picture of a butterfly, which I think could be an Owl butterfly from looking up species of butterflies but anyways...

Here's how I completed the look:

EYES

• Base- NYX Jumbo Pencil in Yellow on the lid
• Lid- In the inner lid I used She Space Mineral pigments in Killer Bees, in the middle part of the lid I used She Space Mineral Pigment in Fire and Brimstone and on the outer lid I used also from She Space Mineral Pigments in Hot For Chocolate.
• Crease- I used with a big blending crease brush She Space Mineral Pigments in High Drama mixed with NYX Deep Purple and Purple eyeshadows and Hard Candy compact in Star (top color) in the outer crease with a pencil brush I used Ulta in Brass and Day To Play palette from Pop Beauty (dark brown) and above the crease I blended in a duo chrome from the Hard Candy palette in Dillusional (purple)
• Highlight- Ulta shadow in Bone and Rimmel duo eyeshadow in Special Eyes (white gold)
• Liner- On the top lid I used NYX Jumbo Pencil in Dark Brown and winged it out, on top of that I added dark brown shadow (dtp pallette) on the lower line I used Dark Brown and on top of that I used Hot For Chocolate. In the waterline I used NYX Jumbo Pencil in Gold
• Mascara- Pulse Perfection

Leona Lewis: "I Got You" Music Video

Today I did a look inspired by the music video for "I Got You" by Leona Lewis and what really attracted me to this look was the way her eyeliner was done.. very cool looking!

Here's how I did it:

EYES

• Base- Pixie from Wet N Wild
• Liner- using a black liquid liner on the top you line like your doing a cats eye and on the lower lash line in the inner corner wing it out. Then you thicken the top line with Physician's formula Shimmer Strips for Blue eyes (2nd color and 5th) and then added Jessie's girl black shadow and Pop Beauty Day To Play Palette (blue/green)Then using Physician's Formula shimmer strips for blue eyes, line inner and outer with white/blue and the 2nd and last color (dark blue) and from the pop beauty day to play palette (blue green) and lined the lash line with Sephora Midnight black and also waterline.
• Lid-in the inner corner I used a shimmery white from Profusion eye palette, then using the shimmer strips (white/blue) up to the middle of the lid, then using eye dusts Mesh and Lace from She Space Minerals and Jessie"s Girl (white/turquoise duo chrome)
• Mascara- Pulse Perfection

Carrie Underwood:"Temporary Home" Music Video

Today's look was based off the Carrie Underwood video for Temporary Home, when I saw this I had to recreate it.

This was my look:


Here's how I did this look:

EYES

• Base- NYX Jumbo Pencil in Pot N Pans all over the lid and inner corner
  
• Lid- I used L.A. Colors Palette in Ammunition (3rd silver) on the lid followed with MAC shadow Idol Eyes
• Crease-in the outer corner and crease I used Ulta shadows in Granite (dark gray) Plum Smoke (plummy brown) Chianti (Burgundy) and Brass ( Shimmery medium brown) and Mac shadows Cranberry and Beauty Marked.
• Highlight-Ulta in Iceland
• Liner-Liquid liner in black on the top, on the lower lash line I used Pot n Pans again and covered it with Idol Eyes and blended with Ulta shadow in Elegance (beige) and used sephora liner in Midnight Black in the waterline

MAC Face Chart: Nice Mix-Up

Today's look was based on the MAC face chart: Nice Mix-up from the Colour Craft Collection and I hate not being able to take pictures when it's light out.. I seem to have better pictures when there's natural light but oh well.. lol it's frustrating!

Here's how I did it:

EYES

• Base- NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk on the lid, and Pixie from Wet N Wild on the Crease up to the brow bone
• Lid- I used a white like the one from Assemblage, Ulta in Iceland and NYX eye shadow in White
• Crease- On the outer crease I used Jessie's girl black eye shadow, instead of the Assemblage black
• Liner- Liquid black liner on the top lash line, on the bottom lash line I used NYX Jumbo Pencil in Black Bean on the waterline and lash line and then added the black and brown dupes from Assemblage (Jessie's Girl (black) and Claire's eye shadow + L.A. Color Palette in Soiree (gray))
• Mascara- Pulse Perfection

LIPS

• Lip Stick- Instead of using Madly Creative, I used a mixture of Smooch from N.Y.C and I think Breeze by Wet N Wild
• Lip Gloss- Instead of mixing Nice Mix-up and Pretty Pattern, I used a mixture of a Max Factor duo lipstick Feisty Fuchsia(orange bronze) and Expressions lip gloss in Vanilla Sprinkles on top
  

MAC Face Chart: Crazy Haute

Today's look was inspired by MAC Face Chart: Crazy Haute from Colour Craft Collection, I chose this picture because the other version of the face chart is more brown and even though you use a brownish gray in this face chart it has more of a gray look to it.

Here's how I did it:

EYES

• Base- Pixie from Wet N Wild
• Lid- Instead of using Assemblage mineralize shadow (pale gold) I used L.A. Color Palette in Gold Rush (1st and 2nd color)
• Crease- With a large blending brush I used the gray color in L.A. Colors Palette in Soiree and a dark brown from a random claire's compact, instead of using Assemblage (pewter gray color) then with a pencil brush I used Jessie's Girl (Black) instead of the black from Assemblage.
• Highlight- Instead of the White from Assemblage, I used Ulta Iceland
• Liner- NYX Jumbo Pencil in Black Bean on top and bottom lash lines, on the lower lashline I mixed the gray from Soiree and the brown and blended underneath
• Mascara- Pulse Perfection

CHEEKS

• Foundation- True Match
• Cheeks-Instead of using Improvise, I used Flirt! blush in Urge and mixed it with N.Y.C Face Glow in SunStone

LIPS

• Lip Stick- Instead of Trimming Talk, I used Blue Rose from N.Y.C
  
• Lip Gloss- Instead of using Crazy Haute, I used two glosses from N.Y.C. Sheer Raspberry and Pearl Glow
  

MAC Face Chart: Eclectic Edge

Yesterday's look was inspired by the MAC face chart Eclectic Edge from the Colour Craft Collection. This face chart is just soo pretty! Especially the lip color

Okay I hate the lighting.. but this will have to do..even made my eyes look extremely blue lol

Here's how I did the look:

EYES

• Base- Pixie from Wet N Wild
• Lid- Instead of using the mineralize eye shadow in Fashion Patch (black) I used Jessie's Girl eye shadow (black sparkles) in the inner and outer eye lid. In the middle instead of using the white from FP, I used Ulta eyeshadow in Iceland.
• Crease- In the inner and outer crease I used Jessie's girl black and on top of that instead of using the pink in the FP, I used a Claire's pink color and Ulta eye shadow in Flutter.
• Highlight- In the inner and outer brow bone I used ulta Iceland and Flutter eyeshadows instead of the Fashion Patch colors and in the middle I used Iceland to create a separated look.
• Liner- I used NYX Jumbo Pencil in Black Bean on the top and bottom lashlines, then I used Jessie's Girl (black) and Ulta eyeshadow in Flutter underneath the black shadow
• Mascara- Pulse Perfection

Yesterday's look was based on the MAC face chart:Pervette from the Magic, Mirth and Mischief collection.

Here's how I did it:

EYES

• Base- Instead of Fresco Rose, I used NYX Jumbo Pencil in Strawberry Milk
• Lid- It says to used the "pink" side of Under My Spell, but it's more like a silvery purple, so I used Claires eye shadow (lilac purple color) on the lid
• Crease- It says to use It's a Miracle shadow (the purple color) and I used Hard Candy Compact in Star (2nd from the top) on top of that lightly add the dupe for Under My Spell.
• Liner- I used Black Bean on the top. On the lower lash line I used NYX jumbo pencil in Dark Brown and Jordana Easyliner in Coffee Bean
• Mascara- Pulse Perfection

• Blush- Instead of using Conjure Up, I used Flirt! Blush in Heart Throb

LIPS

• Lip Stick-Instead of Pervette, I used Ulta lip stick in Shimmer Snowflake
