This was such an easy and glamorous look and all I used on the eyes was the Joeur Skinny Palette and some loose gold glitter pair it with a dark lip and your ready to hit the Red Carpet!

Lady Gaga: Golden Globes

Of course I had to do a look inspired by Lady Gaga at the Golden Globes. I finally got to see A Star is Born and I was so disappointed... Gaga and Bradley Cooper were fantastic but I hated the plot and the ending and I think it really gives a bad message. (I don't want to spoil the end for anyone...)

I used the Colourpop Fame palette because it was the ideal cool toned palette and this look is very cool toned.

EYES

• Lid- As a base, I used Wet N Wild Catsuit in Camel. Using the Fame Palette I mixed Privy, Piece of Me and Lifestyle With Supernova Shadow in Lucky Penny on the center of the lid.
• Crease- I used the Fame Palette colors and smoked them out on the crease.
• Highlight- Centerstage
• Liner- On top I used Cargo liner in Black Sea with Lifestyle smoked. I can't remember what I used on the lower lash but it was from the same palette. In the waterline I used Cry Baby liner from Colourpop.
• Mascara- Loreal Unlimited

It's My Pleasure

 At the time Colourpop had just come out with the It's My Pleasure 9 pan palette but now Colourpop is the company that never rests and they have already came out with a red, blue, yellow and now orange palette. They also just came out with a Strawberry palette.

It's My Pleasure is a beautiful palette, that since then I have been using and almost hitting pan on. 

Another new product that I had tried was the Maybelline Snapscara and it was the burgundy shade. I really enjoyed this mascara because it was so easy to take off!

Glass was such a good movie!! I was inspired by the movie poster and wanted to play around a little more with some new Colourpop singles and still loving the Bretman Rock palette.

Superbowl Sunday: LA Rams

 I have been gone for a long time... I'm so sorry!  We moved into our apartment at the beginning of May and this whole blog has fallen by the wayside.  Luckily I have content that I have already been working on and I hope to come back with more frequent updates.

Here is the look from this years Superbowl.  If you didn't know the New England Patriots won this year and another victory for Tom Brady..  Maroon 5 did the halftime show and it was terrible. I love Maroon 5 but they were not a good choice...

The commercials were so-so. My favorites were the Pepsi Cardi B and Doritos commerical with BSB and Chance the Rapper.  Other than that nothing else was very notable.

 My look was inspired by the colors of the LA Rams.

LOL I'm Crying...

 I told myself that I wasn't going to by the Colourpop X Bretman Rock palettes.. because at the time I was kinda on a no buy but after watching swatch videos and running out of my eye brow pencil and I think they were on sale for a minute (Ok I probably would have bought it regardless.. ) but the Wet palette was just calling my name and the metallics were so good!  So I bought it.

I love the way this look turned out and I've been really impressed with this palette and I have been using it non stop.

A Little Bit Of Tinsel

 Another project of mine is to use up my old Colourpop Super Shock shadows.. I'm talking like old, from the 1st Christmas collection.. we're talking now probably 5 years old but surprisingly they are still creamy with the exception of Halo in the set.  Tinsel was the star of this look, which was a beautiful metallic purple. I paired it with the Chasing Rainbows palette.

I have also been trying to use up foundations that have been sitting in the drawer so I gave my Covergirl Vitalist another go. It's still way too dark so I mixed it with my Super Stay.

Pretty Little Panning

I have to be real with myself and admit that I have too many eye shadow palettes. Some I use all the time and then there's some that don't really get a ton of love. It's not that they are bad quality, I just never really reach for them. This look was inspired by the forgotten palette from Pretty Vulgar. I purchased this palette because it reminded me of Pretty Little Liars. The names of the eye shadows were what really appealed to me and Pretty Vulgar was a new brand at Sephora so I had to try something from the line.

I also have been trying to pan bronzer/face palettes specifically the Flower Beauty, Lorac Tantalizer and Wet N Wild palettes. Which you will see prominent in the next few posts.  Sadly I can't remember what lip stick I used.
