Physician's Formula with a pop of Blue

This look is inspired by a new product I bought: Physician's Formula Shimmer Strips in Blue Eye Candy *for blue eyes* and a new liner I bought at the beauty store called Xpress liner in Ruby Kisses, which is a navy color... you would think red right? lol

Now these colors do not have a base under them.. so the color does improve with a base b/c here they look kinda weak

EYES

• Base- NYX JP in Baby Blue

• Lid- Inner-2nd blue,Middle-3rd and 4th,Outer-dark navy
• Crease- 2nd purple with dark purple in the crease
• Highlight-Physician's Formula for Blue Eyes (white/blue)
• Liner- Xpress liner in Ruby Kisses on waterline, on the lower lashline I used 1-3 of the blues, with the dark purple n the outer part
• Mascara- Lash Stiletto

CHEEKS

• Foundation- True Match
• Blush- Hard Candy in Living Doll

LIPS

• NYX in Baby Pink
