I have been meaning to do this look for a long time. I just love Katy and her videos and Roar is no exception. I love how flawless she looked with not a ton of makeup. I know I am nowhere near as dark as Katy is in the video but I'm naturally pale so it's ok lol

Liner: Urban Decay 24/7 in Zero on top and then in the waterline I used the wonder pencil.
