I'm a Slaaave 2 Pink

It's always exciting when a company comes out with a fun bright palette and not your boring warm tone shades... Violet Voss just came out with Summertime in a palette.The Flamingo palette has such cool unique bright and pastel shades.. I really haven't been able to put this palette down.

I have also been trying to use up some of my old discontinued Colourpop super shock shadows and lippies from when I first ordered from them 4 years ago.. which is probably not safe on my lips but I don't want to waste products so I have been trying to pan older makeup.

Here's what I used:

 EYES

• Base- I tried a cut crease with Colourpop concealer
• Lid- On the inner and outer portion of the lid I used Colourpop SS Shadow in Slave 2 Pink with SSS Juicer and Glowstix in the middle of the lid.
• Crease- Violet Voss Flamingo Palette in Lemonade and Watermelon
• Highlight- Colourpop SSS in Girly
• Liner- On the lower lash I used Juicer then on top I used Lemonade and Watermelon. On the inner portion I used Pineapple with ABH Dream Glow Kit in Sunshine in the inner corner.
• Mascara- Flower Beauty Lash Warrior

Violet Voss Flamingo Palette

Evey since Violet Voss teased their new Flamingo Palette I was counting down the days when they were going to release it. This was one of those palettes I bought on pre sale. I'm not disappointed whatsoever. This is such a fun palette fun summer and the shimmers are a foiled formula that is just so bright and bold on the eyes. I've just been wearing these shadows non stop.

• Base- Colourpop Concealer
• Lid- Pineapple in the inner middle, Popsicle and Sunbathe in the outer
• Crease- Lemonade, Popsicle and Sunbathe
• Liner- On the lower lashline, I used Lemonade, Pineapple, Ocean Front and Beach Ball with Urban Decay Vacancy in the water line.
• Mascara- Milk Kush

Coloured Raine Queen Of Hearts Palette

One of my top palettes of 2016 was in fact an impulse buy... I was working overnight of Black Friday and I was on my break scrolling through the Instagram like one does and I came across a picture of this beautiful palette called the Queen Of Hearts and it was by Coloured Raine and that was a brand I had heard of but I have never tried a product from them and I had mostly known about them for their liquid lipsticks. I had been on a huge warm color kick lately so I couldn't resist and I think I had a discount code as well so what the hey..

This palette is so incredible beautiful! The mattes blend perfectly and the shimmers are more like foiled shadows and they are gorgeous rich shades so this has been a palette I have and still reaching for. I will have to post swatches of some of my eye shadow palettes soon..

Another palette I also really love is the Violet Voss X Laura Lee palette, again another company I have never purchased a product from this company but I am a huge fan of Laura Lee and her Youtube channel.

For my lips I used a new Ultra Satin from the Colour Pop Holiday Collection called Wink and this is actually one of my favorite colors. It's a rich berry shade and paired really nicely with this look.
