Christina Aguilera: The Voice Results Show

This look is just perfect for spring, Christina's makeup artist Kristofer Buckle created a really fun green eye and paired it with a bright pop of coral pink on the lips. As for the elimination round I was disappointed to see Sonic and Caitlin go, they were both very talented.

Christina Aguilera: The Voice Play Offs Night 2

So I am WAY behind on my blog entries, I apologize, work has been picking up lately. This look is from two weeks ago from the second night of The Voice play offs and while it was a nice light bronzing look from Christina I have to say this is one of my favorite looks I've done recently. She did have some contouring going on so I did some too and I also contoured the sides of my nose and it really changed my look up.  Team Christina is killing it!! I predict that Rob is going to win the entire thing! I am so impressed by him..

Christina Aguilera: The Voice Play Offs Night One

Last Monday was the start of The Voice live shows and I have a couple favorites in mind, but mainly from Blake and Pharrell's team I like Koryn and Sawyer. Christina and Adam's team I will talk about in my next post. Christina had her traditional look going and looked sharp in a crisp white suit and her signature red lip. Christina's makeup artist Kristofer Buckle really likes to play up the contour on her face and keep the under eye much brighter than the cheeks and cheek bones area.

Side note: I have been on a rampage to find the ideal foundation for myself and the last 3 that I picked up I was not happy with... The Cover girl Trublend  that I was working with I think is breaking my skin out, Hard Candy Glamoflauge was very light and did not spread evenly, even with my stippling brush... I also tried Loreal Infallible Demi Foundation and I was just not a fan... Then one of my favorite hair Youtubers Kaley Melissa was talking about Maybelline Fit Me  Matte and Poreless Foundation and I have to say I am really liking this..  You will see it in action on my next post while I am still using TruBlend in this one.

Fragrance Inspired: Lacoste Sensuelle and Eau De Lacoste

Just this past Saturday we had a beauty spotlight on our two new Lacoste Fragrances for Women, Eau de Lacoste and Lacoste Sensuelle.  I normally like to do inspired looks for our fragrance spotlights so when this one was coming up I was inspired by the graphic of the Sensuelle bottle dark blacks and bright purples. Out of the two fragrances I really like the Sensuelle because it's got more of a fruitier smell rather than the powdery day fragrance of Eau de Lacoste.

Fish Inspired Look!

My boyfriend and I were at the fish store like we normally do and I found this beautiful fish it had really great colors of silver, navy, and a reddish pink. Just really stunning that I was inspired to do a makeup look based on that fish. I got to use my Colour Pop Super Shock Shadow in Erotic which is a cool red color but swatches kind of pink so it works for this look.
