MAC Archie's Girls Collection Inspired Look: Veronica

One of MAC's spring collections is inspired by the Archie Comic characters Betty and Veronica. Appropriately titled Archie's girls this look is inspired by Veronica. Betty Lodge is a spoiled rich girl and The Mac palette spoiled rich is perfect for her it has a great variety of purples, one of the many colors I love working with on my eyes.

EYES
• Base- Urban decay primer potion in Eden, NYX Jumbo pencil in Lavender
•Lid- Instead of using Pin-up Purple I used Lime Crime Aquataenia palette in Pearl-ple to the middle of the lid and in the inner corner. Instead of using Spoiled Rich I used a purple from the 120 palette and used in the outer portion of the lid.
•Crease- Instead of using Ron Ron Ron I used urban decay's Sabbath from The Black Palette and then I used Urban Decay Skull palette in Grifter above the crease.
•Highlight-Urban decay's Naked palette in Virgin
•Liner- On the top line instead of using Magic Spells Pigment, I used Archetype Minerals in Deep Sunless Sea and I used it a little damp on a brush. On the lower lash line instead of using Gravel, I used Urban Decay Vice palette in Desperation and my dupe for Pin-up Purple on the inner part of the lower lash line. I'm On the water line instead of using Designer purple I used urban decay's 24/7 pencil in Delinquent and 24/7 liner in Ransom
•Mascara- Maybelline colossal cat eye in black

•Concealer- Urban Decay 24/7 pencil in CIA
•Blush- Instead of using Prom Princess blush, I used Geek Chick pigment in Cupcakes

•Instead of using Mall Madness lip glass I used Pop Beauty Lip Smoothie in Pink

Demi Lovato: Rhode Island X Factor Auditions Look

Today's look was inspired by Demi Lovato's makeup during the X Factor Rhode Island auditions. A nice pink shadow with a bright pink lip. I was going to a baby shower today for a little girl but this would also be a great look for spring!

Demi Lovato: X Factor Extreme Bronze Cat Eye

This is the first look from the X Factor Auditions in Austin, Texas. Demi has on an awesome bronze look with an extreme black cat eye and it's paired with a pale nude lip and she always has amazing glowy skin. I however was not blessed with a tan complexion like Demi's, I have the complexion of a ghost lol

• Primer- Urban Decay Primer Potion in Eden
• Lid- Urban Decay 24/7 Pencil in Rehab, Then I used Urban Decay Skull Palette in Twice Baked, Then I dusted a little of Buck on top from the Naked Palette.
• Crease- Twice Baked on the crease, then I used some Muse from the Urban Decay Vice Palette and a little of the Defining Brown Color from the Comfort Zone Palette by Wet N Wild, with a touch of Buck on top.
• Highlight- Urban Decay Naked Palette in Virgin
• Liner- On the top liner I used Be A Bombshell Liner in Onyx, On the lower lash line I used Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Whiskey and a little Twice Baked on top, then I took the Bombshell liner and connected it from the top liner down to the lower lash line. Then I used a Black liner from Urban Decay in Zero and applied that to my waterline.
• Mascara- Maybelline Colossal Volume in Glam Black

Britney Spears "Scream and Shout" Music Video Look

This look was inspired by Britney Spears and Will.I.Am's music video for Scream and Shout. Britney's look was very futuristic alien and I just loved it! Instead of putting the crease color in the outer area, Brit put the focus more on the inner corner.

• Crease- Urban Decay Vice Palette in Delinquent and Day To Play Palette from Pop Beauty (matte taupe) in the inner portion of the crease.
• Highlight- Naked Palette in Virgin
• Liner- On the top line I used NYC High Definition Liquid Liner in Extra Black, on the lower lash line I used an angled liner brush and I used Delinquent and Britney's liner kinda goes out lower than normal. To give the look of an alien-doll like appearance I used Urban Decay 24/7 Concealer in CIA, you can also use a white liner to give that wide eye look.

The Voice: Christina Aguilera Elimination Round Makeup Look

With the new premiere of The Voice just around the corner, I decided to post one of my earlier looks  this year, inspired by Christina Aguilera. It was a fun navy blue eye with a bunch of glitter, it was on the episode after election day so her whole look was very patriotic with red,white and blue.

• Lid- NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk and then I winged the white out. Then I took a little lash adhesive on my lid and then I applied some blue iridescent glitter on top from Caboodles.
• Crease- I used The Urban Decay Black Palette in Sabbath, I also mixed a dark blue from the 120 palette and a medium blue from the Profusion Colour Me Glow compact.
• Highlight- Naked Palette in Virgin
• Liner- On top I used Bombshell liner in Onyx and on the lower lash line I used a mix of all the colors I used on my crease, until I achieved the right color that I wanted.
• Mascara- Sephora Outrageous Volume Mascara
