High Fashioned Empire Penguin

So this look I drew out on my own, my other cousin Natalie wanted to be a penguin for halloween so this is what we did:





Here's what I used:

EYES

• Base- Inner- NYX JP in Slate, Middle- NYX JP in Yellow Outer- NYX JP in Milk, Inner corner- Rimmel in Eyeful
• Lid to Brow- Inner- LA Colors palette in Ammunition *5th, Middle- LA Colors palette in Gold Rush *3rd, Outer- Ammunition *1st, Inner corner *Gold Rush 4th color
• Liner- Slate with Ammunition *5th
• Mascara- Maybelline
• We used Feathers from Jo Anns and used hair paste to glue on instead of using lash glue which worked good
